Perhaps one of the more truthful and well put together rants on fandom one could read. The author uses the experiences of time as a fandom writer and makes a case for more respect for the writer as well as speaking on the possible bad experiences one can have in fandom.

This piece of meta offers and interesting and alternative view of the fandom community based around LiveJournal. The author places the story, as an exploration of a love of canon, as central to their fannish experience. It is a fascinating perspective that is well worth reading about.
